03.What is the return policy?
We will share your personal information under any of the following situations:
Vthara.com offers convenient, minimum questions asked Returns of delivered products, in case a customer finds a product/ its condition unsatisfactory, upon delivery. However, a considerable amount of logistical effort is spent in ensuring that a product reaches your doorstep. We sincerely urge you to confirm various aspects of a product and submit measurements with utmost care – at the time of shopping itself – so that minimal Returns scenarios arise.
A customer must raise a return request within the one day of an order delivery. You can raise a return request by sending an email to info.vthara@gmail.com – clearly stating your Order Number. Also mention the purpose of email and order number in the Subject Line of the Returns Email. In a usual Returns situation, customer would have to bear the Return shipping cost – of sending the product back to us.
04.How do I return Product?
To return the product you can email us info.vthara@gmail.com with your order number, product that you want to return and the reason for return or call us at +91-7200628900, MON - SAT (9.30AM - 6PM) to raise a return request. we will request you to send the product yourself and we will reimburse you for the courier charges.
05.When will I get my refund?
Once the pickup is done it takes 5-7 days for the product to reach our warehouse. After arrival it takes our team 24-48 hours to process your cash refund / exchange product.
06.How is custom duty decided?
Custom/Import duty is levied by the Government of the destination country. These charges are ungovernable as they differ from country to country according to local rules and regulations. Vthara does not have any control on custom duty.
07. What should I do if my payment fails?
Please try again in case of payment failure or you can choose order now and pay latter option. This can happen for several reasons. You can also contact your bank and inquire regarding the same because sometimes bank might stop transactions for security reasons.
08.Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?
Only for Domestic orders – if you want to change/modify the shipping address (from one address to another address in India only), you can drop an email at info.vthara@gmail.com requesting to change/modify the shipping address and we can change it, provided the order is not in transit.
For international orders, we will not be able to change the shipping address
09.What is the estimated delivery time?
Domestic orders will be processed within 5-10 business days from the date of order and upon payment confirmation. Shipping timelines will be intimated to the customer in advance.
International orders are normally processed within 5 - 25 business days from the date of orders and upon payment confirmation. Shipping timelines will be intimated to the customer in advance.
10. What is order now & pay later?
After receiving an order using the "shop now, pay later" option, we will get in touch with the customer to arrange payment. In addition, kindly notice that orders will be cancelled if customer delays the payment within 5 days.
